Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi → Masai Mara

Your journey begins with a departure from Nairobi, descending into the breathtaking Great Rift Valley with a scenic viewpoint stop. The drive continues across rural landscapes and Maasai lands before opening into the vast golden plains of the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Upon arrival, an afternoon game drive introduces you to this iconic ecosystem, where lions rest under acacias, elephants roam the plains, and herds of antelope stretch to the horizon.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara

Spend a full day immersed in the extraordinary wilderness of the Masai Mara National Reserve, where vast golden plains stretch endlessly beneath open skies. Morning and afternoon game drives take you across rolling savannahs, winding riverbanks, and acacia-dotted landscapes teeming with wildlife activity from dawn to dusk.
The Mara is one of Africa’s most iconic ecosystems, offering exceptional opportunities to encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and buffalo, often within close range. Between game drives, you may also visit a traditional Maasai village, where you are welcomed into the vibrant culture of the Maasai people. Here, you gain insight into their way of life, traditions, and close connection with the land and wildlife that surrounds them.

Day 3: Masai Mara → Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart the Mara and journey back across the Great Rift Valley to the serene waters of Lake Naivasha. The landscape shifts from open savannah to lush lakeside surroundings.
In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful boat safari where hippos surface quietly, and birdlife thrives. Later, step onto Crescent Island for a guided walking safari among freely roaming giraffes, zebras, and antelopes.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha → Nairobi

The final morning unfolds at a relaxed pace by the lake, offering time to soak in the peaceful surroundings before departure. The journey then returns to Nairobi, passing scenic landscapes of the Rift Valley.
Arrival in the afternoon marks the end of your safari, leaving you with lasting memories of wildlife encounters and tranquil moments by the lakeside.
